Our history dates back to 1907, when Mr. Francesco Dindo was first admitted to the bar. He was later followed by Senator Mr. Dino Dindo and then by Mr. Stefano Dindo, thus building a strong tradition and heritage in the legal field. In 1981, the firm became a professional association. Since then, we have ensured expertise, specialization, and personal face-to-face relationships with our clients, assisting them comprehensively in their needs at local and international levels.

The law firm consists of eight partners and seven associates.

Our professionals specialize in commercial and corporate law, banking, insolvency law, international law, logistics and transportation law, food and wine law, inheritance law, tax law, criminal tax law, and family law.

Our partners are members of several national and international organizations and networks, including UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats), Legalmondo, AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), UGIVI (Unione Giuristi della Vite e del Vino), AIDV (Association Internationale des Juristes du Droit de la Vigne et du Vin), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Transportrecht (German Association of Transport Lawyers), AC (Association Concursualisti).

In 2009 we set up “LegAll”, a network of independent law firms with offices in Milan, Florence, and Rome, with which we have a long-standing and solid partnership.

The law firm Studio Dindo, Zorzi & Associati is a member of Legall - Allied Legali Alleati, a network of independent Italian law firms that was set up to offer clients a nationally and internationally integrated service in the areas and the cities in which they have offices and in those places that the member firms operate. The network extends to the major Italian cities of Rome, Milan, Florence and Verona.

The law firms that set up Legall have long been linked by close working relationships, constantly interacting in exchanges of experience and professional resources to their mutual benefits, both in order to provide the best possible service for their clients and for the purposes of training the members of each of their firms.
