The Firm


Studio Legale Dindo, Zorzi e Associati is a law firm with consolidated tradition and experience drawing on over a century of service at the forefront of its profession. Its story began way back in 1907, the year Francesco Dindo registered at the Bar, followed by the Senator Dino Dindo, and then by Stefano Dindo, with the firm taking its form as a professional association in 1981.

The Firm has six partners and five associate lawyers and deals with judicial and extrajudicial issues in the fields of commercial and corporate law, banking, bankruptcy, international law, family law, logistics and transport, food, wine, inheritance, and civil and criminal tax law. More generally the firm acts in all matters of civil law, including in international contracts.

The Firm’s organisation, and all the experience that has accrued to it over the years, means it is able to use a wealth of skills to assist its clients according to their particular needs, both in Italy and abroad. It is well able to operate in Italian, English, German, French and Spanish, summoning also the support of its established relationships with law firms in Europe and around the world.

The size of the Firm is a deliberate choice, designed to assure personalised relationships with clients, whose cases are always handled by one partner alone, a professional with specific competence in the area of law concerned.
The members and associates regularly give lectures at law conferences and hold teach training courses in Italy and abroad, as well as publishing works on their specific areas of expertise.
The Firm’s offices are in Verona and Milan and it is represented in Rome and Florence through Legall – Studi Legali Alleati, a network of independent Italian law firms.
