Luca Andretto has been working with the firm since 2010.
He graduated in law with distinction from the University of Verona, and has a PhD in Italian and European constitutional law, a Doctor Europaeus, from the same University. He has gained considerable experience in the field of insolvency law, in banking and in civil law in general, as well as in wine law.
He is a member of the Veronese Association of Insolvency procedure lawyers (“Concorsualists”) and holds positions as trustee in bankruptcy and judicial commissioner in several insolvency proceedings.
He is the author of numerous publications and speaks at conferences and seminars on insolvency law, banking law, as well as Italian and comparative constitutional law and general law theory.
