A graduate in jurisprudence from the University of Verona, Ilaria Sannini became a member of the firm in 2019.

She has gained particular experience in consulting for companies and company groups in the industrial, agro-food, graphic and luxury industries, dealing with contracts and the management and coordination of legal issues, while providing assistance to clients on all company law aspects, on corporate governance and in the field of corporate operations.

She assists clients in the internationalisation of businesses, and in the establishing of branches and companies operating under foreign law, in the UK, Russia, Poland, China, Hong Kong and U.S.A. She has examined and applied domestic legislation in the individual countries with the aim of structuring operations and contracts within the framework of domestic and internal law.

She has gained significant experience in drafting trusts to overcome problems in family and business matters, with specific regard to the planning of succession and of generational handovers of companies.

She has published a monograph entitled “L’applicazione della Convenzione di Vienna sulla vendita internazionale negli Stati Uniti” (the application of the Vienna Convention on international sales in the United States) published by Cedam, as part of its Company contract law series, part of the Comparative Law series from Francesco Galgano and Franco Ferrari, 2006. She curated sections on contractual obligations and tort in the “Compendio di diritto internazionale privato”, (Compendium of international private law) from Dike Giuridica, 2008; as well as being one of the authors contributing to the “Manuale del Nuovo Processo Civile” (new civil process manual), from Dike Giuridica, 2010.

She speaks Italian and English.
