After graduating in law at the University of Milan in 1987, Alberto Zorzi began his professional training at the Studio, later becoming a partner.
After completing the qualification for practicing the profession in 1990, he has over the years gained great experience in the banking and financial sectors, advising leading credit institutions on extraordinary finance operations and on debt restructuring, consulting on a broad range of banking matters and litigation.
He has also acquired specific skills in the areas of corporate consultancy and on insolvency proceedings. He also regularly acts as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings.
Avv. Zorzi writes articles in the specialist journals and speaks at seminars on banking and insolvency law, as well as being a lecturer in legal specialisation schools.
He speaks Italian and English.
