Family and child law
The firm deals with family and child law also at the international level, with a particular focus on issues concerning separations, divorce, non-marital cohabitation and all related activities, including the dissolution of the joint estate of spouses, reimbursements and refunds, and damages claims resulting from unlawful conduct during the course of the marriage or cohabitation. In terms of parentage, activities include the recognition of natural children and requests for maintenance, denial of paternity, issues concerning parental authority before juvenile courts, and national and international adoptions. The firm also deals with individual rights, particularly in the safeguarding of interests and of inheritance, and of trusts and family pacts in particular.
The firm makes use of the services of professional psychologists and child psychiatrists for advice on issues concerning separations, also with regard to children.
